Shipping Information

Orders are processed sporadically – this is not a full-time operation. Orders will be processed approximately twice a week with the exclusion of New Zealand public holidays. For orders placed, you will receive a completed order notification, however your item will not ship from us until the next scheduled processing time. Once your order dispatches from us, you will receive a email with your tracking information (if applicable).

$10 flat rate anywhere in New Zealand (Please Note, Over Sized or Drop Ship Products may incur additional freight charges)

Free shipping for orders over $150 (Please Note, Over Sized or Drop Ship Products may incur additional freight charges)

4 – 7 working days standard delivery time from order placement date (Rural Delivery – additional 1-2 working days. Drop ship Items (where applicable) require additional days as indicated on individual product

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items are sold as is and where is according to the product description, imagery and as per our terms and conditions. Returns and exchanges are available but the replacement postage cost will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?

  1. First contact us, quoting your original order number/receipt number, and your reason for return.
  2. We will instruct you on the next steps (please note, due to volume, some sizes/items may no longer be available.
